At the beach this weekend I spent a good bit of my time people watching as the hubs and his pal were off collecting hermit crabs.
I was so grateful to have my camera and be able to catch this act of service.
There is a large sand bar and then a small stream before you get to the shore. This family had apparently spent the day out on the sandbar and this is what happened next.
Coming across the causeway to St. Simons last weekend, my husband and I had a good chuckle at this dock. It could be our lack of nautical knoweldge, but what use is a dock that is not connected to land? Is this normal in a Marina?
Can anyone explain why?
Come with me on our anniversary date. We went down to St. Simons Island. It was very relaxing. Not too hot, the breeze was very nice. The husband did some reading while took pictures and watched people. I even caught one gentleman sitting on an interesting looking tree. I wanted a picture of the tree and he was sitting there. 🙂
My husband and I sat for a while watching people on the pier fishing, without much luck. It was a nice relaxing date. We need more evenings like this. Just to relax and be together and remember each other.
