The squirrels are becoming some of my favorite models. I love their cute poses and silly facial expressions.
With all of the shots of nature that I take you would think that I live out in the country on a farm with woods surrounding me, not even close. I am very blessed that my parents have always been Mr. and Mrs. DoLittle. Nature, except snakes, have always been welcomed and found safe a safe haven in our yard.
Thinking of Daddy’s Dr. DoLittle qualities, when we were young, my Daddy taught one of our dogs to play baseball. He watches Westerns with his Chihuahua Heidi now, and he will pretend shoot her with his finger “POW” and she will dramatically roll over and play dead.
They both taught me to love and respect Heavenly Father’s treaures.
I walked over where we put Tender’s corn on Saturday, and when I looked up I saw this cute guy enjoying a kernel on the pecan tree. His coat made him almost camouflaged. Quite a stealthy little guy.
I posted this on my other blog. Love this big guy.
Can you tell we really like to use cruise control?
Sometimes I wish I could just hop in the car, set it on cruise and let it take me where it wants to go!
Yep, Baby Let’s Cruise Away From Here!
I posted these large in hopes that someone could help me identify what in the world it is. This critter was on a vine and you could see its little legs booking it fast. I do not know if it was a spider taking down its web or what? Any ideas?
I am really enjoying learning the macro. It is just fun to see things from different angles and lighting, and so closeup!
Is it just me or is there something strangely beautiful about the knot? It is one of my favorites.
Roscoe is the most compassionate dog I know. He picks up on cues. I was feeling down. He came over and laid his head on my tummy as if to say, “Mom, I am here.”
When I or my husband cough, he runs and jumps on the other until we let him know that his other parent is okay. He can be awakened from a deep sleep or in another room by a cough a do this. Sweet sweet boy.
