Strike A Pose
The squirrels are becoming some of my favorite models. I love their cute poses and silly facial expressions.

With all of the shots of nature that I take you would think that I live out in the country on a farm with woods surrounding me, not even close. I am very blessed that my parents have always been Mr. and Mrs. DoLittle. Nature, except snakes, have always been welcomed and found safe a safe haven in our yard.
Thinking of Daddy’s Dr. DoLittle qualities, when we were young, my Daddy taught one of our dogs to play baseball. He watches Westerns with his Chihuahua Heidi now, and he will pretend shoot her with his finger “POW” and she will dramatically roll over and play dead.
They both taught me to love and respect Heavenly Father’s treaures.
At the beach this weekend I spent a good bit of my time people watching as the hubs and his pal were off collecting hermit crabs.
I was so grateful to have my camera and be able to catch this act of service.
There is a large sand bar and then a small stream before you get to the shore. This family had apparently spent the day out on the sandbar and this is what happened next.
Coming across the causeway to St. Simons last weekend, my husband and I had a good chuckle at this dock. It could be our lack of nautical knoweldge, but what use is a dock that is not connected to land? Is this normal in a Marina?
Can anyone explain why?
Squirrel
(Sorry I could not resist the Squirrel reference from UP! Disney Pixar.) 🙂
Working with telephoto today. It was the only way I could get the squirrels at play and eating.
