The squirrels are becoming some of my favorite models. I love their cute poses and silly facial expressions.
I walked over where we put Tender’s corn on Saturday, and when I looked up I saw this cute guy enjoying a kernel on the pecan tree. His coat made him almost camouflaged. Quite a stealthy little guy.
I posted this on my other blog. Love this big guy.
I love my “Guard Frogs”. They let me know when the rain is coming. They are just adorable to me. I pet them and talk to them everytime I come home or when I am on my porch. I think this picture is so cute of them coming out to greet me.
I am having a ball with the Macro lens. WOW! Just WOW! I cannot wait to try out the telephoto, too.
The next was a pretty large bumble bee. I didn’t realize bees were so fast or so hairy.
I found Smurf Village. Couldn’t find the little blue guys though. They must have been somewhere else.
This is what Bec’s nightmares are made of. No Bec, I did not kill it. It hopped flower to flower.
Seeing the beauty of these lizards through the eyes of an adult, I almost feel guilty for wearing them as earrings as a child. I guess they thought they were attacking the giant as they chomped now on my ears, and I thought I was funny. Poor guys!
Glad their descendents do not hold a grudge and pose for such beautiful pictures.
This little fella looked like he was reading the Seven Dust bag in the last two shots.
Not far from my house lies this mound of scrap metal and junk. I can relate to it in so many ways. I feel thrown away. Like I have been left by the wayside, tossed and forgotten. Those parts that were once shiny and new, have become weathered and are not longer useful. I do not even recognize what I am anymore, much less who, or why. Depressed, hating myself, thoughts of suicide nearly daily, but according the our wonderful government “Occasional depression that will not interfere with work.” Right.
I would hate to know what constant depression and anxiety feels like. I really am tired of trying. Okay, I give.
